- The Bro: An enemy that has a sexy ass. He is retarded and forgets about Pewdie easily. He is known to chase Pewdie and disappear (poofers).

- The water monster: The most annoying enemy (besides the barrels). He chases Pewdie in the water, but is also retarded and forgets about him when something else is in the water.

- BARRELS: Pewdie's worst enemy. They are known to tell the bro where he is hiding. They are complete douches and are the reason everything bad happens in amnesia.

- Stephano: A golden or clay statue often found on a shelf. He is his most trusted friend. Stephano is a fearless Frenchmen with a small beard and a sword. When Pewdie is scared or distracted, Stephano advises him to not make noises or doing certain actions that will alarm enemies (usually this fails since Pewdie proceeds to smack Stephano on the nearest shelf immediately after being told to keep quiet)

- Piggeh: A creepy, sexual, dead pig. He is known to be "pumped."

- Mr. Chair: Another bro of Pewdie. Pewdie sometimes throws him at enemies and is his sidekick. Mr. Chair’s motto is “Chair Mode Activate, Boop!” and is followed by a total freeze in the user, making no movement.

- Jennifer: A stone Pewdie decides to take with him. He named it Mr. Stone, but he decided to name it Jennifer, since there already was a Mr. Chair.

- Skully: One of Pewdie's first bros. Skully says he is much smarter and more trust worthy than Stephano.

- Untrusted statues: Another enemy of Pewdie. He takes off the Statues Head and if there is more than one statue he throws the first ones head onto the next ones, hoping for a “combo."

- Teleporting naked guys: A nude person or body that flings, falls, or jumps on Pewdie, causing him to react usually by screaming.
